Andrew: right under the video would work. Another way that helps with maintaining consistency is to just put a (to listen to full interview, click play below) under the video. That may work.

Haha, selling the interviews or not, I'm just looking for a way to get all the interviews into my itunes with one download so I can listen to it when I'm commuting :)

Take care and let me know if you need help in anything, anytime.

Yu-kai Chou you're 100% right.

I agree that people don't see the download. I need to find a way to make it more visible. Maybe I need to put it above the text and under the video. Or maybe even over the video. Hmmmm. I'll have to try that.

And I agree with you on selling the interviews. I need to check with Clickbank on a few payment options.

I love this help Yu-kai.

Haha, one of the things I really like about you Andrew is that you are really direct. You don't shy away from personal ideas and comments even if people may disagree with it. You throw out everything (your "lets face it" comments), and allow people to criticize or correct it until the final truth is reached. Being open is definitely the best path towards improvement for both companies and people.

Haha, Jun was easy to get back in the game. I just told him he's being a loser and he should stop crying :)

Just in case you come back again, I have some suggestions for you on the Mixergy site. I think the content is excellent but the format could be improved a little. For one, I think a lot of people who first go to your site (skimmers) do not realize they need to scroll down to actually listen to the entire interview. Some people I talked to thought its only your intro video and then the blog content (yes obviously if they read everything they will find out, but we're talking about skimmers here).

Another thing is that it would be great if there's a spot to download all your MP3s in one blast. Maybe you have it but I couldn't locate it after a tiny attempt. I understand that it benefits the site when people have to visit more often, but you could probably charge some $ for the massive download. That way you are not alienating non-payers because they can still find all the podcasts, but people want the convenience of having 1 download to all content can pay for the convenience.

I hope you have an awesome weekend and take care Andrew!

I think you nailed it. Like you said, I had you figured for a quiet guy because when we meet in person Jun seems to do most of the talking. Plus he's the guy I see on the videos.

But he corrected me in the interview and told me how you inspired him to be an entrepreneur and how you help him get back in the game when he's feeling frustrated.

(Also, between you and me, sometimes when I make definitive statements in an interview as a way of giving the interviewee to chance to take a stand.)
