  2. Hi, and thanks again for all your awesome gamification content & gamification- wisdom sharing skills! 🙂
    In episode 6 “Building a community”: If “trolling” could be an issue in a gamified service, would this core drive (5) still be effective if people are prevented from writing to each other and commenting in forums? If all they could do was to see and possibly like what other people were doing in that service…
    I think maybe social norms (described in chapter 9 in your book) could play an important role here.

    1. Well, if you only limit to passively observing the system, then you take out a lot of CD3, and there is only some CD7 left in the experience (with diminished CD5). Often the intrinsic motivation decreases a lot.
