How to read an OP Hero profile

Each entry follows the same 6-Step skeleton.

Step 1: The Game. What the hero was actually chasing across decades — not the surface achievement, the deeper loop.

Step 2: Attributes. The innate stats visible early in life — pattern recognition, risk-seeking, ambient charisma, mechanical intuition, intellectual curiosity. The ones their world failed to score get called out.

Step 3: Roles. The character classes they ran across life chapters. Some heroes hold one Role for 50 years. Others run four or five in a single lifetime.

Step 4: Skills. The canon Real-Life Game Skills they leveled — drawn from the Warrior / Ranger / Mage / Rogue / Druid / Paladin / Warlock classes in the 10K HP system. Each Skill is cited with the specific moment in the hero’s life where it fired.

Step 5: Allies. The mentors, collaborators, and timely strangers who multiplied them. The lesson is rarely “do it alone.”

Step 6: Quests. The pivotal milestones — usually 3 to 8 — including at least one failure. The failure is load-bearing; the profile is dishonest without it.

The closing section of each profile — What You Can Steal From Their Build — translates the analysis into two or three concrete moves you can apply to your own run.
